PREAMBLE
An Act to amend the Jammu and Kashmir Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Act, 2002.
Be it enacted by the Jammu and Kashmir State Legislature in the fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
Section 1 - Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (Amendment) Act, 2005.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 28th September, 2004.
Section 2 - Amendment of section 28, Act XVI of 2002
In section 28 of the Jammu and Kashmir Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Act, 2002, for the words "the first Executive Council" the words "the first Vice-Chancellor, Executive Council" shall be substituted. |
