An ordiman further to amend the Mahatma Gandhi Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya Adhinlyam 1991
Where as the State legislature is not in session and the Governor of Madhya Pradesh is satisfied that circumstance exist which render is necessary for him to take immediate action
Now, it therefore, in excises of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 213 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Madhya Pradesh is pleased to promulgate the following ordinance :-
1. This ordinance may be called the Mahatma Gandhi Gramodaya Vishwavidyala (Sanshodhan) Adhyadesh- 1996
2. During the period, of operation of this Ordinance, the Mahatma Gandhi Gramodaya Vishwavidyalya Adhiniyam, 1991 (No. 9 of 1991) *( hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in Section3.
3. 3. In Section 24 of the Principal Act.-
(1) for sub-section (3), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely :-
(2) for sub-section(5), the following sub-sections shall be substituted, namely :-
"(5) (3) for sub-section (12), the following sub-sectin shall be substituted namely :-
