PREAMBLE
An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Upkar Adhiniyam, 1981.
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-first Year of the Republic of India, as follows:--
Section 1 - Short title, extent and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Upkar (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2010.
(2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.
(3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Section 2 - Amendment of sub-section (1) of Section 3
In sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Upkar Adhiniyam, 1981 (No. 1 of 1982) for the words "Five Paisa" the words "Ten Paise" shall be substituted. |
