PREAMBLE
An Act to repeal the Chhattisgarh Tobacco Act, 1939.
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:--
Section 1 - Short title and Commencement
(i) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Tobacco (Nissan) Act, 2008.
(ii) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.
(iii) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Section 2 - Repeal
The Chhattisgarh Tobacco Act, 1939 (No. 8 of 1939) is hereby repealed. |
