PREAMBLE
An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Sthaniya Kshetra Me Mal Ke Pravesh Par Kar Act, 1976.
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows :--
Section 1 - Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Sthaniya Kshetra Me Mal Ke Pravesh Par Kar (Amendment) Act, 2007
(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Section 2 - Amendment of Schedule II
In Schedule II of the Chhattisgarh Sthaniya Kshetra Mc Mal Ke Pravesh Par Kar Adhiniyam 1976 (No. 52 of 1976) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act),--
For the entry (a) in column number (2) of serial number 22, the following entry shall be substituted :--
"(a) Pan Masala containing Tobacco".
Section 3 - Repeal
Chhattisgarh Sthaniya Kshetra Me Mal Ke Pravesh Par Kar (Amendment) Ordinance, 2007 (No. 1 of 2007) is hereby repealed. |
