PREAMBLE
An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Shram Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982.
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-eighth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:--
Section 1 - Short title
This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Shram Kalyan Nidhi (Sanshodhan) Act, 2007
Section 2 - Amendment of Section 4
In clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Chhattisgarh Shram Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982 (No. 36 of 1983). after the word "Chairman" the words "and Vice-Chairman" shall be inserted. |
