PREAMBLE
An Act to amend the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005.
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-ninth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:--
Section 1 - Short title, extent and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) (Amendment) Act, 2008.
(2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.
(3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Section 2 - Amendment of Schedule
In Schedule of the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005 (No. 13 of 2005) Act after serial No. (2) the following serial and the entries related thereto, shall be added.
