THE CHHATTISGARH PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES (ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2008 [Act No. 6 of 2011] (Published in the Chhattisgarh Rajpatra (Asadharan) dated 25-3-2011 Page 148.) [25th March, 2011] PREAMBLE An Act to amend the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005. Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-ninth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-- Section 1 - Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) (Amendment) Act, 2008. (2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
