THE CHHATTISHGARH VISHWAVIDYALAYA (SANSHODHAN) ADHINIYAM, 2010 [Act No. 14 of 2010] [Published in the Chhattisgarh Rajpatra (Asadharan) dated 15-6-2010 Page 330(1).] [15th June, 2010] PREAMBLE An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Vishawavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973. Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-first Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-- Section 1 - Short title, extend and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Vishawavidyalaya (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2010. (2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force from the dale of its publication in the Official Gazette. Section 2 - Amendment of Suction 4 In sub-clause (a) of Clause (xvii) of section 4 of the Chhattisgarh Vishawavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973 (No, 22 of 1973) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act) for the word and figure "Part-I" the words and figure "Part-I (Revised)" shall be substituted. Section 3 - Amendment of Section 13 In the second proviso of sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Principal Act, for the word and figure "Part-II" the words and figure "Part-II (Revised)" shall be substituted. Section 4 - Amendment of Section 14 In sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Principal Act, for the word "four" the word "five" shall be substituted. Section 5 - Amendment of Section 14 In proviso of sub-section (2-a) of Section 14 of the Principal Act, for the figure "65" the figure "70" shall be substituted. Section 6 - Amendment of Part-II (Revised) of the Second Schedule For "Part-II (Revised)" of the Second Schedule, the following shall be substituted. "PART-II (Revised) [See Section 4 (xvii)] | S.
