PREAMBLE
An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension Adhiniyam, 1972.
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-second Year of the Republic of India, as follows:--
Section 1 - Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2011.
(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Section 2 - Amendment of Section 6-A
In sub-section (1) of Section 6-A of the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 7 of 1973), (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act) for the words "Ten Thousand" the words "Sixteen Thousand" shall be substituted.
Section 3 - Amendment of Section 6-B
In Section 6-B of the Principal Act, for the words "Five Thousand" the words "Eight Thousand" shall be substituted.
Section 4 - Amendment of Section 6-C
In Section 6-C of the Principal Act, for the words "One Thousand Five Hundred" the words "Two Thousand Five Hundred" shall be substituted. |
