PREAMBLE
An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh-Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973.
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:--
Section 1 - Short title and commencement
(i) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2004.
(ii) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
Section 2 - Omission of Clause (ee) of Section 2
Clause (ee) of Section 2 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), shall be omitted.
Section 3 - Omission of sub-section (1) and (2) of section 38-A
Sub-Section (1) and (2) of Section 38-A of the Principal Act, shall be omitted.
Section 4 - Omission of Section 39-A
Section 39-A of the Principal Act, shall be omitted.
Section 5 - Omission of Section 40-A and 40-B
Section 40-A and 40-B of the Principal Act, shall be omitted.
Section 6 - Omission of Section 63-B, 63-C, 63-D and 63-E
Section 63-B, 63-C, 63-D and 63-E of the Principal Act, shall be omitted. |
