PREAMBLE
An Act further to amend The Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991.
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-second Year of the Republic of India, as follows:--
Section 1 - Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2011.
(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification appoint.
Section 2 - Amendment of the Third Schedule
For the Third Schedule of the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991 (No. 25 of 1991), the following shall be substituted, namely:--
