PREAMBLE
An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh for the services of the Financial Year 2004-2005.
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-fifth Year of Republic of India as follows: -
Section 1 - Short title
This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Appropriation (No. 4) Act, 2004. |
