THE INDIAN PARTNERSHIP (KERALA AMENDMENT) ACT, 1973[1]
An Act to amend the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, in its application to the State of Kerala.
Preamble.— WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, in its application to the State of Kerala;
Be it enacted in the Twenty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Indian Partnership (Kerala Amendment) Act, 1973.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala.
(3) It shall come into force at once.
2. Substitution of new Schedule for Schedule I.—For Schedule I to the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (Central Act 9 of 1932), the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:—
