THE INDIAN LUNACY (MADRAS AMENDMENT) ACT, 1943

PREAMBLE
An Act further to amend the Indian Lunacy Act, 1912, in its application to the Province of Madras.
Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Indian Lunacy Act, 1912, in its application to the Province of Madras for the purpose hereinafter appearing;
It is hereby enacted as follows.--
Section 1 - Short title
This Act may be called the Indian Lunacy (Madras Amendment) Act, 1943.
Section 2 - Amendment of Section 33-A, Central Act IV of 1912
In Section 33-A of Indian Lunacy Act, 1912, for the word and figures "section 14," the word and figures "Section 7, 10, 14," shall be substituted. |
