THE SIKKIM ESSENTIAL SERVICES MAINTENANCE (AMENDMENT) ACT 1994

An Act to amend the Sikkim Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1993.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Sikkim in the Forty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title and Commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the Sikkim Essential Services Maintenance (Amendment) Act, 1994
(2) It shall come into force at once.
Amendment - 2. In the Sikkim Essential Service Maintenance Act, 1993, in section 2, of after clause(g), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
Section 2.
"(ga) any service connected with the Maintenance of law and order in the State including the services of the Sikkim Armed Police and Vigilance Police". |
