THE UTTARAKHAND CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010 [Act No. 22 of 2010] PREAMBLE An Act further to amend the Uttarakhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2003 Be it enacted by the Uttarakhand Legislature in the Sixty-first Year of Republic of India as follows-- Section 1 - Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Cooperative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2010. (2) It shall come into force at once. Section 2 - Amendment of Section 29 In Section 29 of the Uttarakhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2003, for the words "two years", the words "three years" shall be substituted. |
