THE UTTARAKHAND APPROPRIATION ACT, 2012 PREAMBLE An Actto authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State to the services for the year ending on thirtyfirst day of March, 2013. Be it enacted by State Assembly in the Sixty Three Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Section 1 - short title This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Appropriation Act. 2012. Section 2 - Issue of ` 219317690000 out of the Consolidated Fund of Uttarakhand for the year 2012-2013 From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Uttarakhand there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in Column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums specified in column 7 to 10 of the Schedule to the Uttarakhand Appropriation (Vote on Account) Act, 2012 (Uttarakhand Act no. 1 of 2012)] to the sums of ` 219317690000 (` Twenty One thousands nine hundred thirty one Crore Seventy Six Lakhs Ninty Thousands only) towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty first day of March. 2013 in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. Section 3 - Appropriation The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of Uttarakhand by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty first day of March, 2013.
