THE UTTARAKHAND ANNUAL TRANSFER FOR PUBLIC SERVANTS (REPEAL) ACT, 2012 [Act No. 6 of 2012] [08th June, 2012] PREAMBLE An Act to repeal the Uttarakhand Annual Transfer for Public Servants Act, 2011 (Uttarakhand Act No, 21 of 2011) Be it enacted by the Legislature of State of Uttarakhand in the Sixty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows-- Section 1 - Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Annual Transfer for Public Servants (Repeal) Act, 2012. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on May 16, 2012. Section 2 - Repeal of Uttarakhand Act No. 21 of 2011 The Uttarakhand Annual Transfer for Public Servants Act, 2011 is hereby repealed. |
