THE DEV SANSKRITI VISHWAVIDYALAYA (FIRST AMENDMENT) ACT, 2002

PREAMBLE

An Act to further amend the established University sponsored by Shri Vedmata Gayatri Trust, Shantikunj, Hardwar to provide matters connected incidental thereto

It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:--

Section 1 - Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (First Amendment) Act, 2002.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

Section 2 - Amendment in Section 19 of the principal Act

(1) In sub-section (1) of Section 19 of the Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2002 instead of "Two academicians nominated by the Chancellor" to be inserted "Three academicians nominated by the Chancellor".
