THE HARYANA PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES (SECOND AMENDMENT) ACT, 2009

PREAMBLE
An Avy
further to amend the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows: --
Section 1 - Short title
This Act may be called the Haryana Private Universities (Second Amendment) Act. 2009.
Section 2 - Amendment of Schedule to Haryana Act 32 of 2006
In the Schedule to the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006, the following columns and entries thereunder shall be added, namely:--

Section 3 - Repeal and saving
(1) The Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Ordinance, 2009 (Haryana Ordinance No. 4 of 2009), is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the principal Act, as amended by the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the principal Act, as amended by this Act. |
