PREAMBLE
AN ACT
Further to amend the Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's Salaries and Allowances Act. 1975.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows :--
Section 1 - Short title
This Act may be called the Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's Salaries and Allowances (Amendment) Act, 2009.
Section 2 - Amendment of section 5 of Haryana Act 3 of 1975
In section 5 of the Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's Salaries and Allowances Act, 1975, for the words "a car", the words and sign "two cars", shall be substituted. |
