An Act further to amend the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies (Appointment Of Special Officers) Act, 1976.
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Co-Operatives Societies (Appointment Of Special Officers) Amendment Act, 2010.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Short title and commencement.— In Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Co-Operatives Societies (Appointment Of Special Officers) Act, 1976 (President’s Act 25 of 1976), in sub-section (1), for the expression “thirty three years and eight months”, the expression “thirty four years and two months” shall be substituted. |
