Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies (Fourth Amendment) Act, 2010. (2) It shall Come into force at once. 2. Amendment of Section 89.— In Section 89 of the Tamil Nadu Co-
operative Societies Act, 1983, in the Proviso to sub-section (1), for the
expression "nine years and six months", the expression "ten years " shall be
