An Act to repeal the Hire-purchase Act, 1972. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:--

SECTION 1 :Short title

Section This Act may be called the Hire-purchase (Repeal) Act, 2005

SECTION 2 :Repeal of Act 26 of 1972

Section This Hire-purchase Act, 1972 is hereby repealed.
