An Act to repeal the Displaced Persons (Claims) Act, 1950 and certain other enactments. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows-

SECTION 1: Short Title:

Section This Act may be called the Displaced Persons Claims and other Laws Repeal Act, 2005.

SECTION 2: Repeal of enactments:

Section The enactments specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed.
