WAR RISKS (FACTORIES) INSURANCE (REPEALING) ACT, 1945

An Act to repeal the War Risks (Factories) Insurance Act, 1943. Whereas, it is expedient to repeal the War Risks (Factories) Insurance Act, 1943 (VI of 1943). It is hereby enacted as follows.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be called the War Risks (Factories) Insurance (Repealing) Act, 1945.

Section 2 Repeal of Act VI of 1943

The War Risks (Factories) Insurance Act, 1943 (VI of 1943), is repealed with effect from the 1st day April, 1945.

Section 3 Repeal of Act XI of 1945

The War Risks (Factories) Insurance (Repealing) (Emergency) Act, 1945 (XI of 1945), is hereby repealed.
