An Act to Authorise the payments and Appropriations of Moneys from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for the Services of the Financial Year Commencing on the 1st April, 2007.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Fifty-eight Year of the Republic of India as follows:

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Appropriation Act, 2007.

Section 2 Appropriation of Rs. 81162,33,00,000 from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for the financial year commencing on the 1st April, 2007

The State Government may appropriation from and out of the Consolidated Fund of ther State of Andhra Pradesh, for the financial year commencing on the 1st April, 2007, sum not exceeding eighty one thousand one hundred and sixty two crores, thirty three lakhs rupees, being moneys required to meet:-

(a) the grants made by the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly for the year, as set-forth in column (3) of the Schedule; and

(b) the expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for the Year, as set-forth in column (4) of the Schedule.

Section 3 Appropriation

The sums authorized to be appropriated from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
