ANDHRA PRADESH APPROPRIATION ACT, 2005

An Act to authorise payments and appropriation of moneys from and out of the consolidated fund of the State of the Andhra Pradesh for the services of the Financial Year commencing on the 1st April. 2005. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows

Section 1 Appropriation of Rs. 55441,99,10,000 from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for the year commencing on the 1st April, 2005

This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Appropriation Act, 2005.

Section 2 The State Government may appropriate from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh, for the financial year commencing on the 1st April, 2005, a sum not exceeding fifty five thousand four hundred and forty one crores, ninety nine lakhs and ten thousand rupees, being moneys required to meet

(a) the grants made by the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly for that year, as set-forth in column (3) of the Schedule; and

(b) The expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for the year, as set-forth in column (4) of the Schedule.

Section 3 Appropriation

The sums authorised to be appropriated from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
