An Act to authorize the appropriation of Certain Further Moneys from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for the Services of the financial year which Commenced on the 1st April, 2006.
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Fifty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
Section 1 Short title
This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2007.
Section 2 Authorisation of Supplementary Appropriation of moneys from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Adhra Pradesh for the financial year which commenced on the 1st April, 2006
The State Government may appropriate from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh, for the financial year which commenced on the 1st April, 2006, a further sum not exceeding four thousand six hundred and sixty six crores, thirty one lakhs and two thousand rupees, being moneys required to meet
(a)the supplementary grants made by the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly for that year, as set-forth in column (3) of the Schedule; and
(b)the supplementary expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for that year, as set forth in column (4) of the Schedule.
Section 3 Appropriation
The sums authorized to be appropriated from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year. |
