ST. JOHN AMBULANCE ASSOCIATION (INDIA) TRANSFER OF FUNDS (REPEAL) ACT, 2002

An Act to repeal the St. John Ambulance Association (India) Transfer of Funds Act, 1956. Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE

This Act may be called the St. John Ambulance Association (India) Transfer of Funds (Repeal) Act, 2002-

SECTION 02: REPEAL OF ACT 21 OF 1956

The St. John Ambulance Association (India) Transfer of Funds Act, 1956 is hereby repealed.
