An Act to repeal the Refugee Relief Taxes (Abolition) Act, 1973 Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE
—This Act may be called the Refugee Relief Taxes (Abolition) Repeal Act, 2002-
SECTION 02: REPEAL OF ACT 13 OF 1973
—The Refugee Relief Taxes (Abolition) Act, 1973(13 of 1973) is hereby repealed.
