An Act to repeal the Mysore State Legislature (Delegation of Powers) Act, 1971 Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:—

SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE

—This Act may be called the Mysore State Legislature (Delegation of Powers) Repeal Act, 2002-

SECTION 02: REPEAL OF ACT 23 OF 1971

—TheMysore State Legislature (Delegation of Powers) Act, 1971is hereby repealed.
