An Act to repeal the Imperial Library (Indentures Validation) Act, 1902 Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE
—This Act may be called theImperial Library (Indentures Validation) Repeal Act, 2002-
SECTION 02: REPEAL OF ACT 1 OF 1902
—The Imperial Library (Indentures Validation) Act, 1902 is hereby repealed.
