An Act to repeal the Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance, 1941 Be it enacted by

Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:

SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be called the Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance Repeal Act, 2001-

SECTION 02: REPEAL OF ORDINANCE 11 OF 1941.

The Essential Services (Maintenance) Ordinance. 1941 is hereby repealed.
