An Act to repeal the Dhoties (Additional Excise Duty) Act, 1953. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE
-This Act may be called THE DHOTIES (ADDITIONAL EXCISE DUTY) REPEAL ACT, 1976.
SECTION 02: REPEAL OF ACT 39 OF 1953
—The Dhoties (Additional Excise Duty) Act, 1953, is hereby repealed.
