THE U.P. ADMINISTRATOR-GENERAL (PAYMENT OF FEES BY GRANT OF CERTIFICATES) RULES, 1966 1. (a) These Rules may be called the U.P. Administrator-General (Payment of Fees by Grant of Certificates) Rules, 1966. (b) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette. 2. The fees payable in cases where the Administrator General grants certificate under Sections 29 and 30 shall be : (1) if the assets do not exceed Rs. 100, a fee of Rs. 2.50 Paise ; and (2) if the assets exceed Rs. 100, at the rate of Rs. 2.50 paise for every Rs. 100 or part thereof, subject to the maximum of Rs. 100. These Rules have been made by the Nyaya Vibhag of the Uttar Pradesh Government in exercise of the powers under section 62 of the Administrator General Act, 1963 (Act No. 45 of 1963 read with section 41 hereof, and in supersession of the existing rules on the subject by the Governor of Uttar Pradesh.
