An Act to validate certaim decrees and orders passed by Lata Thakur Das Sah Honorary Assistant Collector, Almora.
Preamble. - Whereas it is expedient to validate certain decrees and orders passed by Lala Thakur Das Sah, Honorary Assistant Collector of the 2nd class, Almora, between July 12, 1932 and July 4, 1935 in ignorance of the change in his jurisdiction;
It is hereby enacted as follows:

1. Short Title. - The Act shall be called the Almora Honorary Assistant Collector's Decrees and Orders Validating Act, 1938.
2. Validation of decrees and orders. - Notwithstanding anything contained in Government Notification No. 737-VII-421, dated July 12, 1932 all decrees and orders pssed by Lala Thakur Das Sah, Honorary Assistant Collector, 2nd Class of Almora between the 12th day of July, 1932 and July 4, 1935 in Original Civil Suits of a Nature not cognizable by a Court of Small Causes under the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887, and all orders passed by him in execution of other proceeding arising out of decrees and orders passed in such suits shall be valid.
