An Act to repeal the Coffee Husk Control Acts in force in the State of Karnataka. Whereas, it is expedient to repeal the Coffee Husk Control Acts in force in the State of Karnataka; Be it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the Tenth year of the Republic of India as follows:

Section1 Short title

This Act may be called the Karnataka Coffee Husk Control Repealing Act, 1959.

Section2 Repeal of Karnataka Act II of 1940 and Coorg Act IV of 1940

The Karnataka Coffee Husk Control Act, 1940 and the Coorg Coffee Husk Control Act, 1940, are hereby repealed.
