An Act to repeal the Countess of Dufferin 's Fund Act, 1957 Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:—

SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE

This Act may be called the Countess of Dufferin's Fund (Repeal) Act, 2002-

SECTION 02: REPEAL OF ACT 63 OF 1957

The Countess of Dufferin's Fund Act, 1957 is hereby repealed.
