An Act to repeal the Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Act, 1925 Be it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-ninth year of the Republic of India as follows :-

SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE

This Act may be called the Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories (Repeal) Act 1998

SECTION 02: REPEAL OF ACT 12 OF 1925

The Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Act, 1925 , is hereby repealed.
