An Act to repeal the Cotton Cloth Act, 1918 Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows :—

SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE

This Act may be called the Cotton Cloth (Repeal) Act, 2000.

SECTION 02: REPEAL OF ACT 23 OF 1918

The Cotton Cloth Act, 1918 is hereby repealed.
