RULE FRAMED UNDER THE BOMBAY BHAGDARI AND NARWADARI TENURES ABOLITION ACT, 1949
Published vide Notification No. G. N., R. D., by 5898/45, dated 5th August, 1949 (B. G., Part 4B, page, 1640)
1. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Bombay Bhagdari and Narwadari Tenures Abolition Act, 1949 (Bombay 32 of 1949), the Government of Bombay is pleased to make the following rule, namely:-
Every person who proposes to apply to the Collector for compensation under sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Act shall make an application in the following form, namely :-

(b) I am lawfully in possession of the [marginally-noted] land forming part of a gam or pati majmun in a bhagdari/narwadari village..........taluka................district.............
