An Act to repeal the Central Provinces and Berar Grants-in-aid to Local Bodies Act, 1939. Whereas it is expedient to repeal the Central Provinces and Berar Grants-in-aid to Local Bodies Act, 1939: It is hereby enacted in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. Short title. - This Act may be called the Central Provinces and Berar-Grants-in-aid to Local Bodies (Repeal) Act, 1966. 2. Repeal of C. P. and Berar 35 of 1939. - The Central Provinces and Berar Grants-in-aid Local Bodies Act, 1939, is hereby repealed. |
