THE AUTHORITATIVE TEXT REGULATION, 1358 FASLI

Published in Jarida No. 17, dated 24th Isfandar, 1358 F.
Whereas, it is expedient to remove doubts as to which text of a Regulation made after the 18th September, 1948 shall be considered to be authoritative;
Now, therefore, in exercise, of the authority vested in me for the administration of the Hyderabad State and all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I hereby make the following Regulation:-
1. Short title, commencement and extent. - This Regulation may be called the Authoritative Text Regulation, 1358 F. It shall come into force at once and shall extend to the whole of the Hyderabad State.
2. English text authoritative. - Where a Regulation is published in the Jarida both in English and Urdu, or any other language, the English text shall be considered to be authoritative in the event of disagreement between the texts.
