An Act to repeal the Central Provinces and Berar Grants in aid to Local Bodies Act, 1939WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Central Provinces and Berar Grants-in-aid to Local Bodies Act, 1939 It is hereby enacted in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India as follows

SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE C.P.AND BERAR XXXV OF 1939

This Act may be called the Central Provinces and Berar Grants-in-aid to Local Bodies (Repeal) Act, 1966.

SECTION 02: REPEAL OF C.P. AND BEAR XXXV OF 1939

The Central Provinces and Berar Grants-in-aid to Local Bodies Act, 1939, is hereby repealed.
