An Act to repeal the Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's Pension and Medical Facilities Act, 1976.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Thirty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
1. Short title. - This Act may be called the Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's Pension and Medical Facilities (Repeal) Act, 1986.
2. Repeal. - The Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's Pension and Medical Facilities Act, 1976 (Haryana Act No. 13 of 1976), is hereby repealed.
