An Act to repeal the Auroville (Emergency Provisions) Act, 1980 Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE

-This Act may be called the Auroville (Emergency Provisions) Repeal Act, 2001.-

SECTION 02: REPEAL OF ACT 59 OF 1980

-The Auroville (Emergency Provisions) Act, 1980-is hereby repealed.
