THE TAMIL NADU CONSOLIDATED FUND (CHARGED EXPENDITURE) ACT, 1950

Received the assent of the Governor on the 2nd November 1950 and first published in the Fort St. George Gazette on the 7th November 1950.
An Act to amend certain enactment for the purpose of charging the expenditure referred to therein on the Consolidated Fund of the State.
Whereas it is expedient to amend certain enactments for the purpose of charging the expenditure referred to therein on the Consolidated Fund of the State; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
1. Short title, extent and commencement. - (1) This Act may be called the [Tamil Nadu] Consolidated Fund (Charged Expenditure) Act, 1950.
(2) It extends to the whole of the [State of Tamil Nadu].
(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st April 1950.
